Satenik specializes in contractual, corporate, and labor law. With hands-on experience advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, she focuses on drafting and reviewing corporate documentation and contracts, as well as providing comprehensive legal opinions and memorandums on diverse legal issues.
She holds a solid academic foundation in Armenian and French legislation from the French University of Armenia, complemented by internships in both Armenia and France—enabling her to confidently handle legal matters within the Francophone legal sphere. In her previous role at an IT company, Satenik conducted extensive legal research on fintech regulations and was responsible for drafting and reviewing service and supply agreements, employment contracts, and internal HR policies.
Currently, she is further advancing her legal career through training at the Academy of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia and is on track to qualify as an attorney-at-law at the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.
Fluent in Armenian, Russian, English, French, and conversational in German, Satenik brings the linguistic versatility needed to serve a diverse, international clientele.
