You hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that we shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any Linked Sites or social media platforms.


You expressly agree that the Web Site is made available on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of liability 

You acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permissible by law, the limitation of liability contained herein applies to any and all applications or injuries whatsoever caused by or related to use of, or inability to use, the Web Site under any cause or action whatsoever of any jurisdiction, including, without limitation, actions for breach of warranty, breach of contract or tort (including negligence). In no event will the total liability of ADWISE or any of the above-referenced persons, arising out of or relating to the Web Site, exceed the amount of 10 (ten) USD.

Where the applicable laws do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, the liability of ADWISE shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by such laws.

The formation, construction and interpretation of these Terms of Use, and your use of the Web Site, shall be controlled by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, giving no effect to choice of law provisions. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from any interpretation of these Terms of Use. Any dispute relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Republic of Armenia. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction and exclusive venue of these courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute your entire agreement with ADWISE with respect to their subject matter, and supersede any other previous written terms and any oral or promotional statements regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of enforcement of any provision of these Terms of Use or any breach thereof, in any one instance, shall not constitute a waiver of such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. If any dispute arises under these Terms of Use, the prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all legal fees and costs associated therewith.

ADWISE reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to check the Terms of Use frequently, preferably each time before you use the Web Site. All revisions to these Terms of Use will be posted on the Web Site.
