Lusine Sargsyan brings focused expertise in corporate, labor, and intellectual property law, combining hands-on transactional experience with a practical, client-centered approach to legal advisory. She advises clients across a broad range of legal matters, with a particular emphasis on the drafting and review of corporate documentation and contracts, managing intellectual property portfolios, including trademark registrations, and preparing thorough, well-reasoned legal opinions on complex corporate and labor issues.
Prior to joining the team, Lusine honed her employment law expertise at a specialist immigration/employment law firm, where she developed a strong practice in one of the more technically demanding corners of the labor law landscape: employment permits and immigration compliance for foreign personnel. Alongside her IP registration and advisory work, she brings substantial experience in the drafting and review of service and supply agreements, employment contracts, and the full range of internal HR policies and governance documents that modern employers depend on.
Lusine holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Yerevan State University and is currently expanding her expertise as an LL.M. candidate at the American University of Armenia.
