Astghik Babaian is a lawyer with hands-on experience in contractual, corporate, labor, intellectual property, and data privacy law. Since joining ADWISE Business and Legal Consulting in October 2023, she has been actively involved in drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents, including commercial contracts, shareholding and service agreements, employment contracts, HR-related internal documents, corporate documentation for both profit and non-profit organizations. Her responsibilities also include preparing registration packages, managing changes in corporate and shareholder structures, and providing legal support throughout organizational transitions. In addition, she conducts in-depth legal research and analysis across multiple areas of law, contributing to the development of comprehensive legal opinions and memorandums.
Prior to her current role, Astghik gained valuable experience in both legal practice and project coordination through her work at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh and NGO’s. These roles helped her build a strong foundation in document drafting, regulatory research and administrative procedures. Astghik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Yerevan State University, where she completed her studies after transferring from Artsakh State University. She is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, which allows her to effectively support clients and collaborate in diverse professional environments.
