ADWISE Consulting is proud to announce the successful completion of the trainings on Finance for non-Finance Managers for Ucom, specifically tailored for middle and senior managers.
We believe that knowledge of finance is essential for all professionals despite their role in the organization. Thus, we equipped all our participants ( around 100) with all necessary tools and insight of basic finance helping them understand and analyze financial data, improve their planning and budgeting skills and sharpen their financial thinking.
Our partner Lilit Gharayan provided comprehensive knowledge on basic financial models and critical financial principles making sure that managers walk away with an awareness of the role of finance in their organization.
