Our partner Ara Khzmalyan has been judging the 20th International Martens Competition on International Humanitarian Law. The Competition, organized by the Regional Delegation of International Committee of the Red Cross, brings together leading lawyers and students from leading universities across the region, and aims to promote knowledge of the future leaders in the sphere of humanitarian law. We hope promoting such knowledge will help minimize the hardships caused by the armed conflicts in our region, and help arrive at peaceful solutions thereof.
