ADWISE Consulting has successfully completed its series of trainings on Customer Service and Sales specifically designed for IDbank. Over 130 employees have been trained amongst which were customer service, sales, call center specialists and branch managers.
We believe that positive customer experience comes from outstanding customer service and excellent sales. Excellent customer service is the best marketing tool for any organization. Thus, this training aimed to provide participants with the comprehensive knowledge on the most important tools and techniques on communication, active listening, sales and conflict management, familiarize them with customer typology and deliver other necessary skills. Our trainers did not spare any effort to provide the participants with the most essential elements of great customer service and sales techniques.
